Ruchkar Solapuri Shengdana Peanut Chutney is available in 100g packets. It comes in two variations, roughly ground called bharad chutney and another in fine powder form. Some of our customers pick half a dozen packets. We got curious and found out from them how they use this chutney. Here are three easy snacks to enjoy with Ruchkar Solapuri Shengdana Peanut Chutney:
Take bland papad that you like such as urad papad or potato papad. Brush it lightly with oil and microwave it for five seconds. Flip and microwave for another five seconds. (You can use roasted or fried papad, but the lightly oiled one tastes the best.)
Mix some chopped onion, chopped tomato, and cilantro in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of Ruchkar Solapuri Shengdana Peanut chutney to it. Now sprinkle this mixture on the papad and enjoy.
Take a cup of yogurt in a bowl and add about a tablespoon of Ruchkar Solapuri Shengdana Peanut Chutney to it. Mix well and set aside. In a small pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Now, temper the yogurt mix with the oil. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro. The dip is ready! This dip goes well with any kinds of chips. Some folks like to eat it with murukku or chakli too.
Cut leftover bhakri (sorghum flatbread) into bite-size pieces. Heat a generous amount of oil in a small pan. Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli, curry leaves to the oil. Add a tablespoon of chopped onion and saute for a minute or two.
Add bhakri pieces to it. Now add Ruchkar Solapuri Shengdana Peanut Chutney to it and some salt to taste. Serve warm. This dish can be made with any leftover bread such as roti, paratha etc. you may have at home.
