Refund policy
Dear customers,
We take utmost care in all stages of manufacturing so that the end product is up to your satisfaction. Still we do not deny any human or technical error at times that may make the final product below the standards.
In case you are not satisfied with what you got from us because of staleness, defective packaging or expired as per label please get in touch with customercare@ruchkar.in within 24 hrs. of pickup.
For fast response to your concern you need to ship the product in airtight polythene bag along with original packaging within 24 hrs. of your complaint to customercare@ruchkar.in. The product need to be shipped to the address mentioned on your purchase bill.
We will address your concern either by product swapping of equivalent value orĀ cash back of the purchase value of defective product whatever is suitable.
Please note that we cannot take care of shipping cost incurred by you.
In case the parcel gets lost during transit the compensation will be according to policies followed by the courier responsible for the lag/ area/ region where the parcel gets lost. Ruchkar can only assist and co-ordinate for it but will not be responsible or guarantee any compensation.
