Features of Ruchkar A2 Cow Ghee.
1) This ghee is made from milk of Sahiwal (Desi breed of) cow.
2) No aluminium vessels are used in preparation. Ghee is made in mitti handi.
3) This ghee is made by bilona method. This is traditional method where milk is turned into curd. Curd is churned using chandan lakdi by two way method to obtain butter, clarified butter. This butter is heated on slow fire to get ghee.
