Sweet in taste, karanji is a festive delicacy of Maharashtra, mostly consumed during Diwali. It is a somewhat semi-circular fried patty made out of flour and sooji or rawa, with sweet filling that comprises of grated coconut, khas khas, more rawa and sugar. The karanjis of Ruchkar are made with care so that with each bite, you get a harmonious blend of sweet and savoury tastes.

In gud karanji stuffing is of grated fresh coconut and Jaggery. The coconut is roasted so well that the karanji doesn't go bad even after 15 days. This is a pack of 5 karanjis and the box will weigh 250g.
